- Blood Bank Guy – This site is primarily aimed at pathology residents, but there’s also some good information for techs, as well as some quizzes to help test your knowledge.
- Orthowire – Registration is free and there's some nice information. CEUs are also available at a cost. Owned by Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics.
- New York Blood Center – Three case studies from the NY Blood Center.
- AABB – AABB's education website. Some have a cost, some are free
- California Blood Bank Society – This is a discussion board that's open for posting questions and answers.
- Public Broadcasting – This is the site from a recent show on PBS called Red Gold.
- The Rhesus Site – Everything you ever wanted to know, and then some, about the Rh System!
- Nobel Foundation – This is a blood typing game…somewhat elementary but still fun!
- Immunohematology – Red Cross's publication
- LabCE – This is a free, online question bank for students who need to review clinical laboratoryscience topics or prepare for ASCP boards and NCA exams.
